  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • Salt + pepper
  • For the Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 –2 tbsp cilantro
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt
  • For the Bowl
  • Black beans
  • Corn
  • Pico de gallo
  • Shredded cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Avocado
