Method
- Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- Toss shredded chicken with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
- Layer lettuce, chicken mixture, parmesan, and optional toppings inside croissants.
- Close gently, serve fresh, or wrap for later.
Notes
- Don’t overload croissants → They’ll fall apart easily.
- Toast croissants lightly if you’re making ahead.
- Shaved parmesan > grated parmesan for texture.
- Mini croissants work great for parties or kids’ lunches.
