Ingredients
  

  • 4 all-butter croissants
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 4 slices crispy bacon avocado slices, lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Toss shredded chicken with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  3. Layer lettuce, chicken mixture, parmesan, and optional toppings inside croissants.
  4. Close gently, serve fresh, or wrap for later.

Notes

  • Don’t overload croissants → They’ll fall apart easily.
  • Toast croissants lightly if you’re making ahead.
  • Shaved parmesan > grated parmesan for texture.
  • Mini croissants work great for parties or kids’ lunches.
