Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chopped romaine
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ –1 cup croutons
  • 2 large tortillas
  • Optional: bacon avocado, tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Warm tortillas until soft.
  2. Layer romaine, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  3. Add optional toppings.
  4. Wrap tightly and cut.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

  • Dry your lettuce well to prevent soggy wraps.
  • Add croutons last-minute to keep them crisp.
  • Don’t overfill the tortillas or they won’t wrap tightly.
  • Warm tortillas for easier rolling.
