Method
- Toast pecans at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Arrange pecans into clusters on lined baking sheet.
- Melt caramels with cream over low heat until smooth.
- Spoon caramel over pecan clusters. Let set 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate gently.
- Spoon chocolate over caramel. Sprinkle salt if using.
- Let clusters fully set before serving.
