- Preheat oven to 300°F and line baking sheet.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold cottage cheese and sweetener into egg whites.
- Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Spoon onto baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes until set.
