Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Fold in chicken, half the cheese, and most of the bacon.
  4. Spread into a greased 9x13 dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake uncovered until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture
  • Don’t overbake
  • Taste before adding extra salt
  • Great for meal prep
