Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Optional: mushrooms spinach, sun-dried tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta; reserve ½ cup water.
  2. Pan-sear chicken until golden.
  3. Make sauce: broth + cream + Boursin; adjust thickness with pasta water.
  4. Toss pasta & chicken in sauce; heat 1–2 min.
  5. Garnish with parsley & optional parmesan.

Notes

  • Thin chicken slices = juicy chicken
  • Pasta water adjusts sauce consistency
  • Add veggies for color & nutrition
  • Cream cheese is a Boursin alternative
