Method
- Cook pasta; reserve ½ cup water.
- Pan-sear chicken until golden.
- Make sauce: broth + cream + Boursin; adjust thickness with pasta water.
- Toss pasta & chicken in sauce; heat 1–2 min.
- Garnish with parsley & optional parmesan.
Notes
- Thin chicken slices = juicy chicken
- Pasta water adjusts sauce consistency
- Add veggies for color & nutrition
- Cream cheese is a Boursin alternative
