Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 5–7 minutes.
- Lower heat and slowly stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta and reserved water as needed to loosen sauce.
- Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor
- Don’t boil the cream
- Add cheese off heat
- Pasta water helps fix sauce texture
