Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes optional
  • 1 cup fresh spinach optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan.
  5. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Add spinach if using. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh Parmesan for best texture.
  • Don’t boil the sauce—gentle simmer only.
  • Chicken thighs work if you prefer juicier meat.
  • Sauce thickens more as it cools.
