Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 lbs chicken breast or thighs
  • ½ cup pickle juice
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Oil spray

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice + milk for 20–45 minutes.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, cornstarch, and seasonings.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  5. Air fry nuggets for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dips.
