Method
- Trim root end of enoki mushrooms and gently separate.
- Pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss mushrooms with oil, salt, spices, and cornstarch if using.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Air fry for 8 minutes.
- Shake basket and cook 4–6 more minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Dry mushrooms crisp better
- Don’t overcrowd the basket
- Add sauces after cooking
- Eat right away for best texture
