Crispy Air Fryer Enoki Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz enoki mushrooms
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional

Method
 

  1. Trim root end of enoki mushrooms and gently separate.
  2. Pat dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss mushrooms with oil, salt, spices, and cornstarch if using.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes.
  6. Shake basket and cook 4–6 more minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Dry mushrooms crisp better
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Add sauces after cooking
  • Eat right away for best texture
