Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 –2 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 –4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 –2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook 10 minutes, flip, then cook 10–12 minutes more.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic. Add parmesan, parsley, and lemon.
  6. Toss hot wings in garlic parmesan sauce.
  7. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Dry wings = crisp wings
  • Use baking powder, not baking soda
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer
  • Sauce wings right before serving
