Method
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 10 minutes, flip, then cook 10–12 minutes more.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic. Add parmesan, parsley, and lemon.
- Toss hot wings in garlic parmesan sauce.
- Sprinkle extra parmesan on top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Dry wings = crisp wings
- Use baking powder, not baking soda
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer
- Sauce wings right before serving
