Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings:
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parsley
  • lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Place zucchini between chopsticks and slice thin cuts without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture over the zucchini, making sure oil reaches the slices.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
  6. Place zucchini in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley or lemon zest and serve warm.

  • Use medium zucchini for best texture.
  • Slice evenly so the zucchini cooks uniformly.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
