Method
- Peel and cut parsnips into ¼-inch sticks.
- Pat completely dry.
- Toss with cornstarch (optional).
- Add olive oil and seasonings. Mix well.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Place fries in single layer.
- Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd for best crispiness.
- Older parsnips may have woody cores—remove them.
- Add 2–3 extra minutes for darker edges.
- Sprinkle flaky salt immediately after cooking.
