Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Set up breading station: flour, eggs, breadcrumb mixture.
- Bread shrimp flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Air fry shrimp 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying oil.
- Mix sauce ingredients in bowl.
- Assemble sandwiches and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Spray shrimp generously with oil for best crunch.
- Pat shrimp dry before breading.
- Sauce tastes better after resting 10 minutes.
