Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup cotton candy split into pieces
  • 1 cup pink or blue candy melts
  • Optional: crushed freeze-dried strawberries or sprinkles

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  2. Scoop small balls of filling and freeze for 25–30 minutes.
  3. Wrap each ball in two layers of cotton candy, pressing gently to seal.
  4. Melt candy melts according to package directions.
  5. Dip or drizzle each cotton candy bomb with melted candy coating.
  6. Place on parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
  7. Serve fresh the same day for best texture.

Notes

  • Freeze the filling well to prevent the cotton candy from melting instantly.
  • Work quickly because cotton candy collapses in humidity.
  • Use two layers of cotton candy for stability.
  • Chill after coating to help the crispy shell set properly.
