Ingredients
  

  • pounds baby Yukon gold or red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 –3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and let steam dry 5–10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Smash potatoes to ½-inch thickness.
  5. Mix olive oil, pickle juice, dill, and spices.
  6. Brush mixture over potatoes generously.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
