Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shaved ribeye
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • Salt + pepper
  • 6 slices provolone
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Sauté onions + peppers until soft.
  2. Add shaved ribeye and seasonings; cook briefly.
  3. Add cheeses; mix until melted.
  4. Fill wrappers and seal edges with water.
  5. Freeze 15 minutes.
  6. Fry at 350°F until golden.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Shaved ribeye stays the most tender.
  • Freeze before frying to prevent leaks.
  • Use provolone for flavor and mozzarella for melty texture.
  • Don’t overcrowd the fryer — they brown unevenly.
