Method
- Slice croissants horizontally without cutting through.
- Layer ham and cheese inside each croissant.
- Spread Dijon if using and close gently.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Air fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes until golden and melty.
- Serve warm.

- Use butter croissants for best texture
- Don’t overload with fillings
- Watch closely near the end
- Best served fresh
