Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.

- Add 1 tbsp honey to walnuts and stir.
- Spread Gorgonzola on warm crostini.
- Top with honey walnuts.
- Drizzle remaining honey lightly.
- Finish with pepper and salt.
- Serve immediately.
