Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • ¾ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add chicken, celery, onion, and dill.
  4. Fold gently until combined.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before chilling.
  • Add nuts just before serving for crunch.
  • Keeps well up to 4 days refrigerated.
