Ingredients
  

  • Burrata
  • 2 8 oz balls fresh burrata
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Fresh thyme or basil optional
  • Crostini
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
  5. Place burrata on serving platter.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over burrata.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  8. Drizzle hot honey generously.
  9. Garnish with herbs.
  10. Slice burrata open and serve with crostini.

Notes

  • Bring burrata to room temperature before serving.
  • Add hot honey just before serving.
  • Keep crostini separate until ready to eat.
  • Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor.
