Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and stir continuously for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor
  • Avoid overcrowding the pan
  • Chicken thighs stay juicier than breasts
  • Taste before serving and adjust seasoning
