Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk.
- Fold in floured blueberries gently.
- Bake 50–60 minutes. Cool completely.
- Simmer blueberries and lemon juice, strain, and whisk with powdered sugar.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled loaf.

- Do not overmix batter
- Cool loaf fully before glazing
- Frozen blueberries work well
- Tent with foil if browning too fast
