Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Reduce heat; add lemon juice, zest, and parsley.
  6. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook—shrimp finishes fast.
  • Fresh lemon juice makes a big difference.
  • Use a wide pan to avoid steaming.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning at the end.
