Method
- Boil cabbage leaves 2–3 minutes. Dry thoroughly.
- Brown beef and onion. Drain grease.
- Add garlic and marinara. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley.
- Layer sauce, cabbage, cheese. Repeat.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Bake at 375°F covered 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
- Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Dry cabbage completely before layering.
- Use thick marinara to prevent sogginess.
- Let lasagna rest before slicing.
- Store leftovers tightly covered.
