Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced
  • ½ cup dried Michigan cherries
  • ½ cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • ½ cup celery finely diced
  • 2 tbsp green onion sliced
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, cherries, pecans, celery, and green onion to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add dressing gradually to the chicken mixture.
  4. Fold gently until just combined.
  5. Chill 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

  • Toast pecans for deeper flavor
  • Use tart Michigan cherries
  • Season chicken before mixing
