Ingredients
  

  • Cookie Base
  • 2 cups crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • Topping
  • cup Biscoff spread melted
  • 2 tbsp crushed Biscoff cookies

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press into dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, Biscoff spread, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  5. Spread filling over base. Chill 4 hours.
  6. Drizzle melted Biscoff and sprinkle crumbs before serving.
