Ingredients
  

  • Coconut Layer
  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Coating
  • 1 ½ cups dark or milk chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla in a bowl until thick and combined.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  3. Chill for 30–40 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Slice coconut mixture into bars.
  6. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Chill for 15 minutes until set. Serve cold or slightly chilled.

Notes

  • Use finely shredded coconut for best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness by reducing condensed milk slightly.
  • Chill bars before slicing for clean edges.
  • Store in fridge or freezer for best results.
