  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp milk as needed
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Mix cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Stir until thick and smooth.
  4. Adjust texture with milk if needed.
  5. Scoop, roll, and chill for 20 minutes.
