Method
- Soak dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if dry. Drain well.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until sticky dough forms. Scrape sides as needed.
- Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon-sized balls.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use soft Medjool dates for best texture
- Add liquid slowly to control consistency
- Store chilled for best flavor
- Freeze well for up to 2 months
