Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs tea biscuits
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 can dulce de leche
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk

Method
 

  1. Whip cream + caramel mixture.
  2. Dip biscuits in milk.
  3. Layer biscuits + cream.
  4. Chill 4 hours.

Notes

  • Don’t oversoak the biscuits — 1 second max.
  • Use very cold cream for smooth layering.
  • Chill overnight for best texture.
  • Taste the caramel cream before assembling.
