  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter divided
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 cup peanut butter in a bowl. Mix until dough-like, then press into a parchment-lined 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with 1/2 cup peanut butter in the microwave (15-second intervals, stirring until smooth). Spread over the base.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
