No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
  

  • cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Sea salt flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with 12 silicone or paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Spoon 1–2 teaspoons of chocolate into each liner and freeze for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl.
  5. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter mixture to each cup.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate and tap tray to release bubbles.
  7. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Freeze in layers to keep cups neat and clean-looking.
  • Store in fridge or freezer depending on desired texture.
  • Silicone liners make removal much easier.
