No-Bake Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients
  

  • Cookie Dough Layer
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and salt; mix well.
  3. Gradually mix in heat-treated flour.
  4. Pour in condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Press dough into parchment-lined pan.
  7. Melt chocolate with butter; spread over dough.
  8. Chill for 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Always heat-treat flour before using
  • Use mini chocolate chips for best texture
  • Chill fully before cutting
  • Store chilled for clean slices
