Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Chill 20–30 minutes.
  4. Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
  5. Chill until set.

Notes

  • Chill dough before rolling
  • Use unsweetened coconut
  • Store refrigerated up to 7 days
  • Freeze well for make-ahead desserts
