Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies divided
  • 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping thawed or heavy cream, whipped
  • Optional: Crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush 12 Oreos into fine crumbs; mix with melted butter. Spoon into cups and press lightly.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and chopped remaining Oreos.
  3. Layer filling over bases. Top as desired and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for proper setting; low-fat may result in a runny texture.
