Ingredients
  

  • The Oreo Crunch
  • Oreo cookies crushed, with filling
  • Melted butter
  • The Creamy Cheesecake Filling
  • Full-fat cream cheese softened
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • The Taco Shells
  • Small flour tortillas
  • Sugar + cinnamon
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Bake tortillas over taco molds at 375°F until crisp.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Layer Oreo crunch and cheesecake filling into shells.
  6. Top with extra Oreo crumbs and serve.
