In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and jalapeños.
Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes (preferably 4 hours or overnight for best flavor).
Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F.
Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, basting with marinade. Or, bake in a dish topped with pineapple and jalapeños for 30–35 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Grill or broil pineapple rings alongside chicken until caramelized.
Slice and serve chicken with pineapple, garnished with cilantro and lime.
