Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken and flip to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Serve whole or shredded with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Don’t overcook—check at the minimum time
- Chicken thighs work great if you prefer juicier meat
- Add cream at the end for a richer sauce
- Leftovers keep well for 3–4 days refrigerated
