- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice slider buns and place bottom half in baking dish.
- Layer meats and cheese.
- Mix sauce and spread evenly.
- Add top buns and bake covered for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more.
- Mix grinder salad ingredients.
- Heat honey and mix with chili flakes + hot sauce.
- Add salad to sliders and drizzle hot honey.
- Serve immediately.

- Don’t overbake—dry sliders are tragic.
