Ingredients
  

  • 6 bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and par-bake peppers for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, and meat.
  3. Add rice, sauce, and seasonings.
  4. Stuff peppers and top with cheese.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes.
  6. Rest, serve, enjoy.
