- In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to blend.
- Add honey, Worcestershire, mustard, and all spices. Stir until smooth.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Taste and adjust — add more honey for sweetness or more cayenne for spice.
- Let cool slightly, then store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
