- Cook noodles just shy of al dente. Drain.
- Sauté onion in butter. Add garlic.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Whisk in broth and milk until thick.
- Add tuna, peas, thyme, salt, pepper, half dill.
- Fold in noodles. Transfer to baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Mix panko with olive oil and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Rest 5–10 minutes. Garnish with remaining dill.
