Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup refined coconut oil melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk coconut oil, cocoa powder, and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add plant milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Fold in flour and salt. Add chocolate chips if using.
  5. Bake for 28–32 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake—slightly underdone = fudgy perfection
  • Use refined coconut oil for minimal coconut flavor
  • Brownies firm up as they cool—be patient
  • Store airtight for best texture
